Team Leader – Children’s Therapies

Lead early intervention services supporting children (0-12) through behaviour support and therapy.

The Role
Step into a role where your clinical expertise directly shapes outcomes for children and families.

This is an opportunity to move beyond a purely clinical caseload and take on a leadership position within an early intervention setting, supporting children aged 0–12 through coordinated, play-based and behaviour support services.
You’ll lead and guide a multidisciplinary team, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure supports are meaningful, consistent and aligned with best practice — while continuing to stay connected to the work that matters most.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to a growing multidisciplinary allied health team.
  • Supporting delivery of complex behaviour support services within an early intervention framework
  • Ensuring therapy plans and progress documentation reflect meaningful outcomes for children
  • Leading quality and compliance activities in line with NDIS requirements
  • Supporting service performance, engagement and family participation

About you:

You might be:
  • A Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to step up into Advanced
  • Or already operating at Advanced level seeking a more structured leadership role
You will bring:
  • Qualifications in areas of (Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood, Teaching, Special Education, Social Work, Counselling or similar)
  • Experience with complex behaviours and family systems
  • A practical, coaching approach - working alongside families
  • Strong understanding of NDIS behaviour support requirements
