We are currently partnering with a community-based provider in Western Sydney to recruit an experienced CALD Case Worker to support the delivery of the Families Together Program.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing program focused on supporting families to stay safely together, with a strong emphasis on cultural understanding, early intervention, and community connection.

About the Role As a CALD Case Worker, you will work closely with families from Arabic-speaking backgrounds, providing culturally responsive, strengths-based support to improve safety, well-being, and long-term outcomes.

You will:
  • Deliver case management support to families at risk
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety planning
  • Support families to access services, including housing, health, and community supports
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in line with program requirements
  • Build strong, culturally safe relationships with clients and the wider community
About You
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)
  • Experience working within family support, child & family services, or DFV
  • Strong understanding of working with CALD communities
  • Experience in case management and risk assessment
  • Ability to engage clients using a trauma-informed and culturally appropriate approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, or similar
