About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Case Coordinator to join a well-established human services program supporting individuals and families from refugee, asylum seeker and culturally diverse backgrounds.

This is a contract opportunity, ideal for someone who can step in quickly and deliver high-quality, client-centred support within a structured program environment.

The Role
As a Case Coordinator, you will provide responsive, strengths-based case coordination, supporting clients to overcome barriers, access services, and work towards independence.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing individualised case plans
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments (housing, health, social, and financial)
  • Supporting clients to engage with community and external services
  • Managing complex caseloads with competing priorities
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate and timely case notes and reporting
  • Applying culturally appropriate and trauma-informed practice
About You
You will bring:
  • Experience in case management/case coordination within human services
  • Strong understanding of working with CALD, refugee or asylum seeker communities
  • Ability to manage complex client needs, including mental health and social challenges
  • Experience working in a strengths-based, client-centred framework
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Services or related discipline
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to obtain relevant probity checks (WWCC, Police Check)
