About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a key role within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing mental health support to individuals with complex and intersecting needs.

You will support consumers using evidence-based, holistic, and strengths-focused approaches, while working collaboratively to deliver meaningful, recovery-oriented outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with lived-experience peer workers, GPs, carers, and community services to ensure integrated, culturally safe, and wraparound support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using strengths-based practice
- Deliver evidence-informed therapeutic interventions, including CBT and DBT
- Facilitate group programs where required
- Work collaboratively with internal and external supports to ensure integrated care pathways
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service improvement
- Promote safe, inclusive, trauma-informed, recovery-focused and culturally responsive practices
You are a compassionate and experienced clinician who enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You bring resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals experiencing vulnerability.
You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and are confident working with complex presentations, including intersecting mental health, psychosocial, and environmental challenges.
You hold registration as a:
- Social Worker, Nurse, Masters qualified Clinical Counsellor or Occupational Therapist (AHPRA, AASW or PACFA Clinical)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting people with complex mental health presentations in an in-person setting
- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations and high-risk or multifaceted presentations
- Commitment to person-centred, recovery-orientated practice
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
- A commitment to ethical practice, cultural safety, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Current registration (AHPRA or AASW or PACFA)
- NSW Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
