The role will lead service delivery, ensuring a high-quality, trauma-informed and evidence-based approach across the program, while also overseeing a multidisciplinary team and the day-to-day operations of the residence.

The program focuses on supporting young people to build independent living skills, strengthen parenting capability, and improve long-term outcomes. The service also includes elements of outreach and aftercare support across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the operational delivery of a residential program
  • Providing leadership, supervision, and development to staff
  • Embedding trauma-informed and best-practice service models
  • Overseeing case management frameworks and service outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
