We are partnering with a well-established Not for Profit organisation in Bankstown seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team immediately on an initial 4-month contract, with potential to transition to a permanent role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, well-structured environment, working closely with and reporting directly to the COO.

Key responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across core HR functions
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with compliance and HR reporting
- Responding to HR queries from internal stakeholders
- Ensuring company processes and procedures are followed consistently
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Confident taking initiative and working independently
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
