Bonnie's Support Services is a specialist domestic and family violence and homelessness service supporting women and children across Western Sydney.
With a long history of trauma-informed, client-centred practice and strong community partnerships, Bonnie delivers integrated housing, support, and outreach responses that promote safety, stability, and long-term outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven General Manager – Services & Operations to join the executive leadership team and lead service delivery, quality, and operational performance across the organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, this senior leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight across Bonnie’s specialist DFV and homelessness services, including Housing & Support, Intake & Outreach, and property/tenancy management functions.
You will lead service quality, workforce capability, partnerships, and continuous improvement to ensure women and children experiencing violence and homelessness receive safe, responsive, and high-quality support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance, quality, and outcomes across all service streams
- Provide leadership to Team Leaders and multidisciplinary service teams
- Strengthen systems, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement
- Oversee property and tenancy management aligned with NRSCH requirements
- Contribute to organisational strategy, service development, and tenders
- Build strong sector partnerships and collaborative responses
- Support governance, risk, compliance, and organisational reporting
You are a collaborative and strategic community services leader with strong operational capability and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience in domestic & family violence, housing, or homelessness services
- Experience leading multiple programs or service streams
- Strong service quality, compliance, and performance capability
- Ability to lead teams through complexity and change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and sector relationship skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human services or related field
