Clinical Manager – Early Intervention
Lead and supervise a team of clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality supports that strengthen outcomes for children and their families.

The Role
This is a leadership role responsible for strengthening clinical practice and supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery within an early intervention setting. The role suits someone who is confident guiding others, values teamwork, and is committed to supporting positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality, consistent clinical supervision
- Develop practical resources to support clinicians and therapists in evidence-based practice and NDIS compliance
- Ensure documentation of child outcomes and goal progression aligns with quality standards
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audit preparation and the integration of updated clinical frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimise service flow, strengthen referral pathways, and support consistent family participation.
- Brings minimum 2 years’ leadership experience managing clinicians or behaviour support practitioners
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability and confidence managing utilisation and financial targets
- Brings a strengths-based, coaching mindset and the ability to balance clinical integrity with operational realities
- Celebrates progress in all its forms - from subtle shifts to major breakthroughs
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field plus Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner registration; or
- Psychology background with Advanced Behaviour Support compliance and Early Intervention experience; or
- Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with demonstrated Early Intervention experience (competency-based pathway considered)
