• Full-Time Permanent Position | Monday-Friday | No on-call
• $136,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + 12 x ADO and 5 x weeks Annual Leave

Be Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, dementia-focused residential aged care provider in Hunters Hill to recruit a Clinical Care Lead.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator who enjoys staying close to the floor while stepping into a senior position supporting both clinical care and team operations.

About the role
This is a key leadership position where you will support the Executive Care Manager and provide day-to-day clinical oversight across multiple dementia care units.

You’ll balance clinical leadership, team support, and operational coordination, while remaining actively involved in the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across dementia units
• Support staff with behavioural management and de-escalation
• Assist with day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Support onboarding and ensure staff are set up for success
• Step into a leadership capacity in the absence of the Care Manager
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

About you

• Registered Nurse with experience in residential aged care
• Demonstrated experience working with dementia and behavioural presentations (essential)
• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable supporting performance and mentoring staff
