We’re partnered with SDN Children’s Services, a well-established NFP supporting children and families through early learning and intervention services across Sydney.
The Role
This is a clinical leadership opportunity within an early intervention setting, supporting children aged 0–16 with complex needs.
You’ll take on a small caseload while leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team - ensuring behaviour support and therapy services are evidence-based, consistent and outcomes-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision & mentorship to allied health practitioners
- Lead complex behaviour support within an early intervention framework
- Embed best practice and reflective approaches across the service
- Ensure plans & reporting meet NDIS compliance and quality standards
- Work closely with families using a coaching, partnership approach
- Leadership role with reduced caseload
- Hybrid flexibility + structured clinical/admin support
- $120K–$135K + salary packaging
- Ongoing training, PD leave + PD budget
- Clear pathway toward Advanced / Specialist practice
- Advanced BSP or Proficient BSP ready to step up
- Experience with complex behaviours & family systems
- Strong understanding of NDIS behaviour support requirements
- Practical, hands-on coaching approach with families
- Relevant qualification (Psychology, OT, Speech, Social Work, Teaching, ABA or similar)
