Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Care and brings hands-on experience working across Child, Youth & Family Services as well as Drug and Alcohol support. Her frontline background gives her a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and complexities faced by both clients and service providers.

Maria now uses her industry knowledge and experience to partner with organisations across the health and social care sector. She specialises in youth, mental health, and disability services, supporting recruitment for programs such as out-of-home care, crisis accommodation, in-home care, and supported independent living.

Her commitment to understanding each organisation’s unique needs, combined with her genuine passion for social care, enables Maria to connect the right people with meaningful roles that create real impact.
