Carl Sirimanotham recently joined Be Group as our new Rostering Coordinator. We sat down and asked him a few questions to help you get to know our newest team member.
Carl, can you tell us about your working history before joining Be Group?
Prior to joining Be Group, I was in the aviation industry for 25 years where my roles included Finance, Live Operations such as ground operations, Resource Allocations, Planning Ports Resource Advisor and Workforce Planning.
Why are you passionate about working in this sector?
Having worked in most aspects of Workforce Planning, I have great satisfaction in getting the most of any business’s labor force. I am focused on the development of staff, business improvements, learning, implementing and sharing ideas to meet common goals.
What attracted you to working with Be Group?
Under the leadership of Jenny and Zena, Be Group is a well-run small team that is growing. I’m excited to be part of that growth, and looking forward to gaining more experience in a sector that is relatively new to me.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities at Be Group?
Every day, I’ll be working with our current staff ensuring they have the right skill set for their role. I’ll also be helping to meet the requirements of our clients, and ensuring that the needs of our key client stakeholders are being met.
What impact do you hope to make through your work?
I’m looking forward to being able to learn, to adapt as quickly as possible, and to bring some fresh ideas that I hope will make an impact and help the business grow.
