We are seeking a Workforce Planner to support Aged and Disability programs, responsible for the efficient and effective scheduling of support workers and service providers across Support at Home and NDIS programs.
In this role, you will ensure services are delivered as planned, workforce capacity is optimised, and all rostering activities comply with funding requirements, SCHADS Award conditions and organisational policies.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager Service Delivery, you will:
- Develop and maintain accurate rosters across Support at Home, NDIS, Private and Claims Conference services
- Match staff skills, qualifications and availability to client needs and preferences
- Manage changes, cancellations and unplanned leave to minimise service disruption
- Ensure rostering meets award, regulatory and funding requirements
- Maintain accurate data in rostering and client management systems
- Support payroll and invoicing through accurate time and service records
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, carers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to workforce planning, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
You will bring experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination, ideally within aged care, disability or community services, along with:
- Knowledge of Support at Home and NDIS service delivery models
- Understanding of industrial awards and rostering compliance
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- A collaborative, person-centred and problem-solving approach
- Confidence using rostering systems, client management systems and Microsoft Office
