Team Leader – Community Aged Care
Step into a pivotal role supporting workforce capability, culture and service quality and lead Support Workers through sector-wide changes.
- Full-Time Position for Established NfP Organisation | Eastern Suburbs
- Community / Support at Home (Aged Care) + NDIS Programs
- SCHADS Level 5 + Super + Salary Packaging
You’ll play a key role in shaping practice, supporting a dedicated workforce, and ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centred care at home.

- Strong working knowledge of the SCHADS Award and community care workforce requirements
- Demonstrated experience coaching, supervising and uplifting a frontline workforce
