💼 About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our clients expansion - identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and leading initiatives that enhance their service offerings.
You'll work closely with our executive and service delivery teams to shape strategies that align with their mission of empowering individuals with disability to live fulfilling lives.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute business development and growth strategies with the COO.
  • Identify new markets, funding streams, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with government bodies, community organisations, and referral networks.
  • Represent our Client at sector events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Convert opportunities into sustainable revenue streams while ensuring client experience remains at the heart of all we do.

You're a data loving, ambitious, collaborative and driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You understand the NDIS and disability sector and can turn insight into action.
You'll bring:
  • A proven track record in business development, sales or partnerships - within the health, disability or community sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a flair for influencing and building trust.
  • Able to use modern sophisticated BD tools, learning in to AI perhaps and loving data
  • You can spot trends, anticipate challenges, and find smart solutions.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for making a positive difference.
