  • Competitive salary range of $110,000- $127,000 per annum +

Be Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established non-government organisation (NGO) to find a passionate and experienced Clinical Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact mental health services across Western Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering holistic, person-centred care to individuals and communities in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day operational support to a team of Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists
  • Oversee and guide clinical assessments, risk assessments, and development of collaborative care plans
  • Facilitate access to internal and external clinical and community-based services
  • Provide regular clinical supervision and mentoring to team members
  • Manage intake, triage, and brief intervention services, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery
  • Conduct and support case audits to maintain service quality and compliance
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and referral pathways
  • Contribute to service evaluation, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, or Nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA (for Nurses, Psychologists, or OTs), or AASW (with or working towards Mental Health Accreditation)
    – PACFA-registered Counsellors with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Demonstrated experience working within cross-cultural and diverse communities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in clinical supervision, service delivery coordination, and team management
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally safe practices
